While many are enjoying their fresh Xbox One with all its bells and whistles, some are having mixed feelings about their faulty gifts and Microsoft’s solution.

In the past week it has become extremely clear that an excellent share of Xbox One owners aren’t having the thrill time they were expecting. Microsoft have been scrambling to resolve the disc drive issues along side other hardware errors that their consumers are having and are sending out new consoles and free games to their Advanced Exchange Policy holders. They’ve been giving their customers many avenues to deal with their defect issues, however some are being met with a road block while others can’t be more satisfied with their solution.

Even though some customers gets their collection of either Dead Rising 3, Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome, or Zoo Tycoon while looking forward to their new system, customers are complaining concerning the $500 deposit they need to give for the power to play one game while they wait, and people who aren’t portion of the development Exchange Policy membership, are mad about all of it including ‘defective’ consoles issues aside from the disc not reading properly.

But inspite of the Xbox One gaining recognition for its defectiveness, it sort of feels to not effect the provision and insist of the console with the system still climbing the charts after its over 1,000,000 sales on Black Friday alone in accordance with Venture Beat.
